Energy Practices Audit

A Sieben Energy Associates energy management practices evaluation is an assessment of an organization’s existing energy management practices compared to practices that would optimize its energy performance now and in the future. Gaps between existing and best practices are described in a written analysis together with recommendations for how to improve energy management efforts. An energy management practices evaluation, like any other type of “gap” analysis, generally cannot be measured in terms of return on investment or simple payback. However the issues the report raises and its recommendations provide tactical opportunities that can be acted upon immediately to improve operating practices that help reduce operating costs. It can be a very valuable tool, serving as the foundation for a multi-year energy cost improvement initiative.
