Sieben Energy Associates (SEA) provides a comprehensive energy management service that combines energy supply purchasing, energy information management, and energy efficiency into a single program. The primary goal is energy cost reduction. This service, integrated solutions, enables our clients to focus on their core competencies as they delegate energy management to us. Drawing from our full suite of service offerings and our deep experience, we deliver cross-functional solutions to meet our client’s energy management objectives.

Our working relationships with our clients are critically important to us. We emphasize open and timely communications in all our assignments, but particularly with integrated solutions, where we are serving as the outsourced energy manager. We encourage in-person meetings on a regular basis. Our team visits the client to present our analyses, make recommendations, and respond to questions or concerns. Our clients have a trusted, knowledgeable partner in SEA’s management services team.

We customize our long-term contracts so that we meet (or even exceed) the specific needs and expectations of each client. Typically, integrated solutions include aspects of all of our other management services: energy commodity management, energy information management, and greenhouse gas accounting. But we can also include additional services from any of our service lines.
