Energy Star Validation

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has developed an energy efficiency rating system that measures buildings’ energy consumption. This energy efficiency comparison is expressed as an Energy Star rating based on annual energy consumption and other building metrics. The rating system is designed to compare the building to a published national energy efficiency average. SEA provides validation services required to achieve the Energy Star designation.
