Re-Commissioning
Re-commissioning refers to the calibration of systems that have previously been optimized through the formal commissioning process. For those buildings that have never been previously commissioned, or have been altered substantially since their initial construction and commissioning, we offer retro-commissioning services. View our Retro-Commissioning page for more information about this process. As a building ages, it changes. Even with a strong operations and maintenance staff, building system performance can decline over time.
Re-commissioning focuses on building system controls with the overarching objective of bringing a building back in line with its original design. The re-commissioning process identifies areas for improvement and includes implementation of system modifications. Our re-commissioning services deliver a building that performs at a higher level. We leave our clients with a detailed plan for the continuous improvement of operations.
