Our client owns and operates a portfolio of innovative retirement and assisted living communities across the nation. At nearly all their communities they pay both commercial and residential energy charges which amount to significant operational costs.
The client sought to control these costs without jeopardizing the comfort and security of residents in their communities. They came to Sieben Energy Associates (SEA) for assistance.
SEA established, and recurrently updates, energy profiles for SLC’s portfolio of properties. These profiles include general facility information, monthly energy data, utility rates/tariffs, energy systems information from energy audits, and other custom site specific information. They enable us to deliver energy budgets, procurement analysis, performance benchmarking, variance reporting, energy efficiency recommendations, and on-demand support of the client's energy-related accounts and operations on a property by property basis.
We have developed relationships with local personnel, property managers, and corporate officers over the past several years and continue to help the client reduce their energy costs through attentive and sound energy management practices.
