Working together with the company’s Director of Energy, Sieben Energy Associates (SEA) has developed three successive ten-year strategic energy plans to shift the client's energy management from a project-based approach to one that embeds energy management into the operations of its restaurants.

The strategic plans function as a roadmap for energy efficiency and cost saving practices throughout the company over the past decade.

We identified energy savings opportunities across a ten-year timeline that exceeded the client’s expectations for cumulative savings, and we continue to assist them with strategic initiatives.
